Dr Soni holds a PhD in Operations areas from IIT Delhi, M. Tech. (IIT Delhi) & B. Tech. (Motilal Nehru NIT Allahabad) and also MBA degree in Operations Area. He is actively engaged with leading professional bodies at national and international levels.
His areas of interest are Operations, Supply Chain Management and Business Analytics. He has been associated with Bharatiya Vidya Bhawan’s Institute of Management at Delhi, Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) University of Delhi, BIMTECH Greater Noida, TERI University Delhi, Great Lakes Gurgaon and LBSIM Delhi.
His teaching interests are into Production and Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Operations Strategy, Quality Management, Project Management, Entrepreneurship, Business and Research Analytics.
Dr Soni has also deep insights into research, and has published papers in reputed national and international journals. He works as a consultant on energy–environment nexus, India’s strategic development on energy, supporting the role of sustainable technologies to reduce climate change, and technology-based climate change adaptation.
