Prof. Dr. Dash is an adjunct Professor I HR & OB Area. He is Ph.D. (Occupational Stress)/M.Phil/Master in PMIR from Utkal University. He has about 23 years of Experience in the field of HR & OB including Academics and Industry. He has served as Director of a reputed Business School earlier. His experience includes Industry, Teaching, Research, Consulting, Training & Coaching. Certified Master Practitioner in NLP, Certified life skills coach, Certified Clinical Counselling, Certified Psychometric Assessment, Certified Hypnotherapist are what adds flavour to his professional domain. He is a trainer of International repute. He received NIPM SB Mishra Gold Medal Award for Excellence in HR and also was awarded with 2nd Best Research Paper by Indian Society of Training & Development.
