PROF KP KANCHANA

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR – OB & HR PROFILE

Ms. KP Kanchana is an Assistant Professor in OB & HR area. She holds an Advanced Diploma in Management from AIMA and is a PGDBM majoring in HR from IISM Ranchi and a BSc with Zoology (Hons) from St Xavier’s College Ranchi.

Prof Kanchana is an avid learner, and is currently pursuing her PhD from Aligarh Muslim University. Her research interest is “To Measure the Effect of Work Life Balance on Job Satisfaction, Happiness and Wellbeing of Employees of Indian PSUs”. Prior to joining JSB, she has over 14 years of teaching experience and has taught at IMS, Noida, Amity International Business School and ICFAI National College, Bhopal, and Vidysagar Institute of Management, Bhopal. She qualified in UGC NET in 2004.

She is a regular Guest Faculty with NIESBUD for MDPs. She has written study material on Cross Cultural Management for Pan African Countries and has taken classes of Cross Cultural Management in Gannon University USA. She has presented papers in National and International Seminars and has published papers in UGC recognized journals of repute.
